Refund policy
At Ayvee Foods, every order is thoughtfully prepared using fresh ingredients and curated presentation elements. Because of the nature of our catering services and made-to-order products, we kindly ask customers to review our policy below before placing an order.
Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery or pickup. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To report an issue, please email us with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item(s)
- A brief description of the concern
Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time for a full refund.
Due to advance preparation, sourcing, and the use of fresh ingredients, cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled fulfillment date are non-refundable.
Catering & Custom Orders
Custom catering setups, epicurean tables, event styling, and specialty orders may require additional preparation and reserved scheduling. Once preparation has begun, these orders may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
Refunds
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
